Adelina is a Managing Associate with ASP Advisors. With more than 10 years of professional experience in litigation and arbitration, she provides legal assistance and representation to clients in front of the Romanian authorities and courts of justice in various litigation proceedings, such as commercial litigations, employment litigations, enforcement procedure, administrative, public procurement and tax litigations, competition related litigations and before arbitration panels in national arbitration.
Before joining Artenie, Secrieru & Partners, Adelina has been an attorney at law within a Big4 affiliated law firm. During her past collaboration, Adelina was in charge of complex litigation cases arising from various ranges of industries such as oil and gas, energy, agriculture and FMCG.

Adelina Ursateanu is a Bachelor of Law from the University of Bucharest and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2018. She has legal expertise in civil and administrative litigation, commercial and labor disputes. She has also provided legal assistance to creditors within insolvency proceedings, and she acted, on behalf of creditors and debtors, during enforcement proceedings. Her recent experience includes legal assistance and court representation in various tax cases against the Romanian Tax Authorities.
Before joining Artenie, Secrieru & Partners, Adelina has been a junior associate within another law firm, where she was a member of the Litigation Department, providing counseling and legal representation before Romanian Courts of Justice.

In the context of diversification and further interaction with public authorities, with complex implication in private entities' life, Cristi has successfully assisted a series of major actors in the oil & gas industry, offering complex services in taxation, public administration and competition issues.
Prior to ASP Advisors, Cristi acted as a Partner with a Big4 affiliated law firm, Head of Dispute Resolution.
Denisa has joined ASP Advisors as Office Manager in September 2021.
Denisa has over 15 years of experience providing administrative support, as well as marketing and social media services to a global law firm and multinational software companies.

Her extensive experience in complex tax litigation matters was acquired within Big4 affiliated law firms where she provided legal assistance to clients from various industries such as automotive, oil and gas, pharma and retail. Luisa has also notable experience in assisting clients during tax audits and administrative procedures in front of the Romanian tax authorities.

Teodor is an alumnus of the Faculty of Law within the University of Bucharest and is competent in providing legal assistance in Romanian and as well as English.
A member of the Bucharest Bar since 2016, Vlad has a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master's degree in International Arbitration from the University of Bucharest. Until 2020, Vlad practiced as an attorney at law, firstly, in an international "Magic Circle" law firm and, afterwards, within a Big4 affiliated firm.
During this time, Vlad has gained extensive experience in assisting and representing major international and Romanian companies in complex litigation proceedings before the relevant courts of law and state authorities, specializing in administrative, tax and commercial disputes relating to various industries (e.g. oil&gas, energy, industrial machinery, agriculture).
Vlad also has notable experience in damage claims deriving from criminal proceedings and EU Funding projects.
