I will work with your bank or mortgage broker to find out what is required and to provide an appraisal that will meet their guidelines. We at Affiliated Property Group are on most lenders approved list. This is very important to know before hiring an appraiser. You risk otherwise of having to have a second appraisal completed if it is discovered that the lender won't accept the appraisal from that individual. It wastes your time and money if the proper procedures are not followed. I have experience dealing with most lenders and mortgage brokers and can advise you on how to proceed.
