Kaely Frye are native Central Floridians. Jon went to Boone High School and then Florida State University, where he met his wife, Kaely. Jon has over 18 years of public and private sector financial experience and is a licensed CPA and Broker. Kaely is a successful attorney and practices law with her father at Smith and Frye, PA. Jon and Kaely have been managing their own portfolio of rental properties in Central Florida since 2006. Jon and Kaely launched Bluebird Property Management & Realty, LLC in hopes of using their experience to help others meet their real estate investment goals.
