Callie Gordon has over 20 years of experience working in the food and beverage industry. After graduating from Black Hills State University with a bachelor's degree in business and marketing, Callie Gordon managed several establishments. However, it was her life-long dream to own a restaurant that led to her teaming up with her sister to run Buffalo Jump Steakhouse. She looks forward to slinging you some of your favorite cocktails during your next visit!

Also boasting over 20 years in the restaurant industry, Casey Moore, a mother of two who homeschools her children, began her career as a busser at the former Bell's Steakhouse and server at Mad Mary's before managing Shoot the Bull Steakhouse, where Killian's is now located. She is excited to be a new business owner and says, "I love serving our guests and making them feel like they are a part of my family."
