Cashmere Realm is a German-Nepali joint venture company established in 2009. We are located in Hamburg with a branch office operating out of Kathmandu. The team consists of our product-design, sales/marketing and IT-department in Hamburg and our sourcing, quality-control and logistics department in Kathmandu... The core of our business is based on fair trade principles and sustainability. According to that, we carefully choose our working partners among smaller scale local suppliers and manufacturers, who are able to meet our standards on providing proper working conditions for employees, decent salaries, gender equity, banning of child labor, and environmental consciousness. We work closely with our suppliers and are thus able to monitor all the steps of the manufacturing processes on a regular basis.
