Jennifer has over 20 years of working on and managing energy and real estate projects and creating significant value for investors. Her expertise in land, finance, acquisitions, due diligence, and asset management drove the creation of value across a broad spectrum of assets totaling hundreds of millions of dollars. Ms. Evans holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, and a B.A. from Randolph-Macon Woman's College and is a former board member of the Women's Energy Network-North Texas, and the Los Angeles Association of Professional Landmen.

Mark has over 25 years of experience in acquisitions, finance, and operations within the energy and commercial real estate industries. He has managed an oil and gas portfolio consisting of over 2,000 wells in ten states and offshore Gulf of Mexico. In addition, Mark has developed and managed over $250 Million in commercial real estate assets and lead the underwriting, acquisition, and due diligence teams for over $2 billion of acquisitions for private equity and high net worth clients. Mr. Evans holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, and a B.A. from Hampden-Sydney College and is a Certified Professional Landman (CPL).
