Over the past 22 years, he has successfully designed, integrated & implemented multiple marketing analytics solutions addressing business KPIs for clients in the Indian and International markets. He has worked across verticals to build measurement systems and improve marketing opportunities, resulting in impactful business outcomes. Fernandez's passion lies in linking technical & analytical outputs to business opportunities via creative storytelling. His years of experience at the intersection of data and customer service culminated in Customer Shastra, a social listening and reputation management consulting firm. Siva spent 22 years in mainstream advertising driven by the philosophy of charting new horizons. His mantra has always been ‘so what if it hasn't been done before'! His tenacity helped him find unconventional solutions and explore new territories. Siva spent 15 years studying the role of data in understanding & managing customer expectations. It was during this time that he recognized the absence of data-driven, humanistic customer relationship building services for brands. And so, he decided to launch Customer Shastra - a new pursuit in honing the fine art of respecting & retaining customers.
