Clive has over 25 years of experience at senior finance executive level in a number of sectors including Infrastructure Finance and Funds, Securities, Insurance and Long-Term Savings, Specialised Corporate Structures and general management. His area of competency includes accounting, tax, regulatory and organisation systems competence. He has extensive experience working across integrated teams and disciplines, including Finance, Tax, IT, HR and business services. Clive joined EIMS Africa's Operations Management team, in August 2012, as CFO. Prior to this he worked for highly credible institutions, majority being JSE-listed, earning him a solid understanding and working knowledge of project finance structures, including contracts, financial models and best practice industry relations.

Fatiema has over 20 years of experience in Human Resource Management from Diversity and Transformation, through to Talent Acquisition and Development, within the Financial Services Industry. It is here that she has gained experience in developing and driving HR processes, people development strategies and various organisational development restructures with a focus on effectively managing people risk.

Isaac has over 20 years of experience in the energy sector, beginning with Eskom, South Africa's state-owned power utility, followed by almost a decade within the renewable energy sector. His extensive expertise and experience has been gained through a number of senior management and executive positions on REIPPPP SPV's. This is reflected in his areas of expertise, including technical, project and programme, contract and commercial management, as well as executive management of energy infrastructure projects. Additionally, he has a great understanding of lender, board of directors and shareholder requirements as well as different stakeholders' needs within the sector.

Mike joined EIMS Africa in 2021 and is involved in the transaction structuring and debt arranging of our renewable energy projects portfolio. He also assists with new business development. Mike has more than 20 years of project finance experience. Before joining EIMS Africa, Mike worked for an investment bank where he focused on energy finance for over 10 years. He has played a significant role in the funding of a number of projects, including renewable and traditional energy projects across the African continent. He has been involved with the Cookhouse project over a long period of time and has worked very closely with many of our EIMS colleagues and internal stakeholders. Prior to that, he worked for South Africa's development funding institution in project finance, which he joined after having left the legal practice.

Ryan has almost 25 years of experience in engineering, business development and business start-ups in the United Kingdom and Africa. For the last 15 years he has focused on the renewable industry, across a range of technologies. His business experience includes founding energy sector companies on the African continent and further afield in the UK, as well as holding various Directorships in the renewable energy industry. Prior to joining EIMS Africa, Ryan was responsible for the development and operational management of a global solar PV project portfolio with a combined capacity of over 1GW spanning the Africa and the Americas. Ryan joined the management team that formed the basis of the current EIMS organisation, in 2017 and is responsible for the overall operation of the business and growing the number of projects in the portfolio.

In May 2022, Tasneem Khan was appointed as EIMS Africa's new Project Chief Executive Officer for a portfolio of six solar PV projects in South Africa. Tasneem, previously the Project Chief Financial Officer of the portfolio, had been managing these projects in a caretaking capacity for a few months, prior to her appointment as Project CEO. Having taken up a noteworthy role in the renewables industry, spearheading the work of six solar PV projects, Tasneem's ambition is to continue to grow the company into the largest renewable energy Platform in Africa, and she envisages building a reputation for delivering on a triple bottom line, namely people, planet and profit. Tasneem is widely known to be passionate about the renewables industry and attributes this to the opportunities that the sector has provided her - specifically to develop people, as well as to be part of community upliftment initiatives, whilst leaving a greener legacy and better environment for future generations.
