Addy Anggelico is the Chief Financial Officer of Perr&Knight. Addy is responsible for Perr&Knight's financial operations and overall financial policies. Addy has over 25 years of experience in finance, management information systems and property-casualty insurance. She started at Perr&Knight as the Statistical Reporting Manager and State Filings Manager. Prior to joining Perr&Knight, she was with Johnson & Higgins where she assisted in the development and client service of a risk management information system. Her work experience includes designing and managing large databases of claims and exposure data. Addy graduated from Ateneo de Manila University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics.

Alexander Brill

Alexander ("Alex") Brill is a Consulting Actuary with Perr&Knight, providing actuarial services for the firm's Accident & Health clients. Among the services he provides for clients are product development, rate development, rate filings and revisions, pricing, and reserve analysis. Alex also has extensive experience working with Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) and on shared savings/shared risk agreements. Prior to joining Perr&Knight in 2022, Alex worked as a senior actuarial analyst at EmblemHealth, a large New York based health insurance company, where he led actuarial work on a variety of different health insurance products including Medicaid, Medicare, Individual commercial, Small Group commercial, dental, and large group commercial. He also has extensive experience working on data analytics. Alex graduated from SUNY-Binghamton University with a degree in Mathematics with an Actuarial Science track. He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He is continuing professional development efforts through actuarial and insurance-related avenues.

Ashley Allen

Ashley Allen is Perr&Knight's State Filings Manager. In this capacity, Ashley leads a team of seven State Filings Analysts, ensuring best practices and regulatory compliance. In addition to State Filings Services, she manages Perr&Knight's Bureau Monitor Service, overseeing all activities, including the monitoring, tracking and analysis of circulars and bulletins from pertinent property & casualty and workers compensation insurance bureaus. Ashley works remotely from Stevens Point, WI. Just prior to joining Perr&Knight, Ashley served as the State Affairs Manager at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance. She also held Product Analyst and Business Analyst positions at Berkshire Hathaway Travel Protection. Ashley received her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. As part of her undergraduate experience, Ashley had a short-term internship in China.

Brett Horoff

Brett Horoff is a Principal & Consulting Actuary with Perr&Knight. He has extensive ratemaking and reserving experience on a wide range of personal and commercial lines insurance products. In addition, he has also provided reserve, funding, cost allocation, equity allocation, retention level and captive feasibility studies to many captive insurance companies and self-insured public and private entities. Prior to joining Perr&Knight's Santa Monica, California office in 1997, his previous employment included Advanced Risk Management Techniques, Inc. (An Aon Company), the Auto Club of Southern California and 21st Century Insurance Group. His actuarial experience includes personal auto (preferred and non-standard), motorcycle, boats including personal watercraft, homeowners, personal umbrellas, commercial auto, general liability, workers compensation, auto and motorcycle warranty, professional liability, medical malpractice, directors & officers and many other product lines. Brett has provided property & casualty actuarial services to insurance and reinsurance companies, captive insurers and self-insurers since 1992. Brett graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics in 1991. He has since become an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society, an Associate of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.

Casey Tozzi

Casey Tozzi is a Consulting Actuary with Perr&Knight. Casey has experience in personal and commercial lines with an emphasis on personal automobile and workers' compensation. She provides actuarial services for a variety of pricing and reserving projects across all states. Casey's work includes regulatory rate compliance, rate/rule filings, ratemaking, and reserve analyses. Casey has a combined thirteen years of experience in workers compensation ratemaking, reserving and research from her time at the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) and the Washington Department of Labor & Industries. While at NCCI, Casey led several state filing teams and the countrywide filing initiatives for the retrospective rating program. She also worked as a regulatory actuary for the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation ("OIR") for four years. While at the OIR, Casey performed actuarial analysis and evaluation of personal automobile filings for underwriting guidelines, rate levels, rules, and rating plans. She has been in the actuarial field since 2001. Casey received a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from Florida State University. Casey is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.

Charles ("Charlie") Lenz is a Principal & Consulting Actuary with Perr&Knight and has more than 25 years of experience in the property & casualty insurance industry. Charlie leads a team of actuaries who provide analysis and advice to clients including insurance companies, public and private self-insureds, brokers and claims administrators. Charlie assists dozens of captive insurance companies and self-insureds with reserve analysis and certification, funding studies, retention analysis, benchmarking studies and other actuarial studies. He has expertise in workers compensation and many years of experience working with insurers and non-insurance company clients that have significant operations in California to help them manage their workers compensation claim exposure.

He has acted as a lead Workers Compensation statistical reporting consultant for over 30 insurance companies, worth a combined estimated $5 billion in DWP. Chris has extensive data management and reporting expertise in Workers Compensation Policy, Unit Statistical, Financial, and Claims reporting to NCCI and the Independent WC Rating Bureaus.

Cyndi Cooper is a Principal & Consulting Actuary with Perr&Knight. Cyndi leads a team of actuaries that provides analysis and guidance to clients for pricing, reserving and new product development for commercial and personal lines products across all states. Cyndi has experience on a wide range of personal and commercial lines with an emphasis on workers' compensation including excess workers' compensation, large risk alternative rating options, retrospective rating, and large deductible plans. Cyndi's work includes regulatory rate compliance, competitor analyses, rate/rule filings, ratemaking, product development, reserve analyses and statements of actuarial opinion. Cyndi is the Appointed Actuary for multiple insurance companies. Prior to joining Perr&Knight's Boca Raton, Florida office in 2018, Cyndi worked as a regulatory actuary for the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation ("OIR") for eight years. While at the OIR, Cyndi led the Workers' Compensation Unit which is responsible for compliance and review of rate, rule and form filing submissions. She also performed actuarial analysis and evaluation of personal automobile and workers' compensation filings for underwriting guidelines, dividend plans, rate levels, rules, and rating plans. Cyndi has also provided expert testimony on various occasions. Dana Pagliarulo

Dana Pagliarulo is a Senior Manager on Perr&Knight's Enterprise Software Solutions team. He brings a unique capability to the practice by bridging the gap between project management and technical leadership. His experience in software development, systems design and implementation assist in achieving our customers' technology goals. He is responsible for supporting the product vision, customer implementations and continuous improvements of the practice and our B2B SaaS products. Dana spent the first 15 years of his career as a Business Systems Consultant at StoneRiver (formerly Fiserv Insurance Solutions Group) where he specialized in insurance property and casualty rating for all lines of business. He principally managed and designed the company's $1M lead Web Services based rating system (the Artius Rating Environment) utilizing Java technologies across multiple platforms and the ACORD XML framework. He has supported full functionality insurance back office applications offering policy administration, billing, claims, and ancillary services as well as designing, implementing and integrating with multiple web-based point-of-sale applications. His core expertise is in policy and rating systems design, configuration and implementation including insurance endorsement form production. Dana introduced the company to utilization of off-shore resources for state-side project work. As a result, he developed the procedures and best practices used to expand the usage of remote staff members. He has spent a combined total of more than 6 months off-shore managing projects with teams of up to 60 members. Dana has succeeded in roles ranging from software developer, lead application designer, project manager and implementation specialist. Most recently, Dana and his team retrofitted Workers Compensation functionality into an established and prominent Policy and Claims Administration system using NCCI rates, rules and forms. Dana is a Project Management Institute® active member credentialed as a PMI® Project Management Professional (PMP®) and PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®). Daniel Baxter is a Senior Consulting Actuary with Perr&Knight. Danny's work includes reserving studies, rate/rule filings, competitor analyses, pricing studies, program development, and captive feasibility studies. His expertise lies in personal lines, specifically homeowners and personal auto, and various commercial lines including surety, commercial auto, general liability, professional liability, and workers compensation. Danny joined Perr&Knight's Jersey City, New Jersey office in 2013. Prior to joining Perr&Knight, Danny held actuarial positions at Towers Watson, Pricewaterhouse Coopers and Catlin Insurance Company. At Towers Watson, Danny worked extensively in workers compensation and medical malpractice. While at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Danny specialized in reserving audits with a focus on professional liability lines. At Catlin Insurance Company, Danny oversaw the pricing of the US equine and professional liability lines and also was part of the team that helped migrate Catlin US's legacy insurance system to Oracle.

Dean Ferdico is a Principal & Director of Business Development with Perr&Knight. Dean is responsible for oversight and ongoing development of the firm's Core Services business relationships, and serves as the lead contact for many of Perr&Knight's largest risk and financial services company clients. Dean has been with Perr&Knight since 1998 and was responsible for establishing Perr&Knight's east coast presence in Jersey City, New Jersey in 2003. Dean was instrumental in developing Perr&Knight's life & health competitive intelligence services. Prior to his role as Director of Business Development, Dean was Director of the Competitive Intelligence Practice area. He was also the Director of Operations, where he oversaw the firm's operational policies and objectives, including technology, telecommunications and facility management. Before her current position as Director of Regulatory Compliance, Diane was Perr&Knight's Director of Competitive Intelligence. Prior to joining Perr&Knight's Santa Monica, California office in 2002, Diane spent three years consulting in the e-learning industry, specializing in the development and implementation of customizable, web-based corporate training. Prior to that, she spent seven years at CIGNA Healthcare as Manager of Dental Provider Relations where she was responsible for eight states representing over $70M in annual premiums. Diane was accountable for driving the yearly planning process on both a national and regional level. She worked with her field representatives to devise local market strategies, ensuring service levels, competitive benchmarks and profit targets were achieved. Diane graduated, cum laude, with a Bachelors of Science in Management degree in finance from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. Ed Perne is the Director of Human Resources for Perr&Knight. Although Ed is based in our Santa Monica location, he helps oversee all aspects of the human resources discipline for all four (4) company locations with additional locations in Cincinnati, OH, Boca Raton, FL and Jersey City, NJ. As a highly seasoned human resources executive, Ed brings a broad and diverse level of experience to the Perr&Knight team. His specific skills include high-level recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation design, risk management, EEO and labor law compliance, OSHA administration, training and development, succession planning, performance management and strategic planning. Ed also possesses a strong business acumen and passionate desire to develop future leadership. His goal is ensuring that Perr&Knight is an employer of choice, which he measures in high retention, outstanding employee satisfaction and Company profitability. Ed began his executive career in hospitality with Hilton Hotels Corporation, where he worked for about 15 years. He was also a pivotal member of the opening team for STAPLES Center (Los Angeles), owned by Anschutz Entertainment Group and just prior to joining Perr&Knight, was the Corporate Director of Human Resources for Good Nite Inn Management, Inc., a 14-property limited-service hotel company based in California. Fernando ("DJ") Lopez is a Manager in the Licensing Department with Perr&Knight.
