As the Business Manager of Fair Winds Financial, Holly finds great satisfaction in meeting and developing relationships with their clients. She enjoys acting as the interface between clients and advisors and facilitating the process of helping them achieve their financial goals.
With over 20 years of experience in hospitality management and 15 years as Vice President of Operations at a nonprofit organization, Holly provides superior service and organizational skills for the firm.
Holly received a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Erskine College and an MBA from Winthrop University. She joined Fair Winds Financial in 2020.
In her free time, Holly enjoys spending time with her family in the outdoors boating, fishing, and golfing. She resides in North Carolina with her family and sweet Boxer, Frank.

In his previous career as a manager in the textile industry, Blake Moore recognized a need for honest, skilled financial advisors who focused on the needs of their clients rather than product placement. Raised by a father who was in the financial services industry and a mother who was a teacher, he found his calling as a financial advisor. The financial industry allowed him to serve the needs of his clients with integrity and expertise, while incorporating the knowledge and teaching skills he learned from his parents. Blake and his brother Bryant are both in the financial services industry and proudly carry on the legacy of their father.
Blake serves as a Managing Partner for Fair Winds Financial, and for nearly two decades, he has enjoyed creating relationships with his clients and helping them work towards their goals and achieve financial freedom. He finds great fulfillment in giving his clients the knowledge, confidence, and capabilities to make sound financial decisions that improve their lives.
Blake was raised in LaGrange, Georgia and graduated from Erskine College with a degree in Chemistry. He has been involved in the financial industry since 2003, and has offices located in North Carolina and South Carolina. He currently resides in Wilmington, North Carolina, close to the sights and sounds of the ocean.
In his leisure time, Blake can be found golfing, boating, going to the beach, traveling, and spending time with his wife and greatest supporter, Holly, and their loving boxer, Frank.
As a child, Rhonda Williamson was taught by her mother the importance of leaving a person or place better than she found them. She prides herself on doing that in every situation. Rhonda enjoys her role as a Financial Representative at Fair Winds Financial as it gives her the opportunity to connect with people and help them to improve their financial lives.
Born and raised in Robeson County, NC, Rhonda attended UNC Pembroke and went on to have a work career that has included marketing and sales. She saw first-hand the need for comprehensive planning, clarity in strategy, and confidence in the knowledge gained from the process. This led her to join Fair Winds Financial to bring these resources to her clients.
For Rhonda, her family is her reason for everything she does. Her inspiration lies in her two sons, her daughter-in-law, and her two precious grandchildren.
In addition to improving the lives of her clients, Rhonda is dedicated to improving her community. She serves in her local Rotary, as a member of the Main Street Lumberton Advisory Board, as a committee member of the Public Image of Lumberton Area Chamber of Commerce, and as a member of the Robeson County Extension Advisory Board. In her free time, Rhonda enjoys yoga, going to the gym, and using her natural green thumb to grow anything and everything.
