Ed is a driven and curious problem solver with over 12 years of professional experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments, with an interest in crafting concepts from the ground up and bringing value to all interactions. After graduating as an Industrial Engineer, he performed different analytical and business consultant roles in the Cruise, Education and Health industries. Likewise, as an entrepreneur, Ed developed innovative concepts in the Art and Amateur Sports industries that would turn into business endeavors. With a new-born interest in alternative investment options, in 2021, Ed decided to join Golden Arrow Equity Partners as Director of Investor Relations with the goal of bringing awareness and understanding of the company among the investor community to provide an opportunity for investors to generate wealth with confidence. Ed serves as an advocate for investors by keeping the lines of communication open and ensuring investors have the best possible experience to keep coming back.

Fernando is a result-driven engineer, entrepreneur and visionary who has been in the global oil and gas industry for over 22 years, from the Americas to the Middle East, with a focus on managing multi-million dollar projects and processes. Since 2010, he has invested in Real Estate properties in the US and South America, and currently owns 6 single-family homes that have given him the confidence to understand the dynamics of the real estate market for buying, rehabbing and renting real estate properties. He soon realized that the most effective way to scale is to own one roof with multiple units. This vision ignited his motivation to engage in multifamily commercial real estate. In 2020, he joined Golden Arrow Equity Partners as Co-founder and Director of Underwriting, leading the operational aspects of the company and underwriting protocols for the syndications deals. Fernando is considered an expert in the oil and gas field, with a dedicated and thorough approach to projects. He brings the same level of attention-to-detail and dedication to Golden Arrow Equity Partners and every deal he underwrites, to preserve the capital of our investors and provide the best possible risk-adjusted returns.
