IDA imports bulk commodities for stock and sale from their designated warehouses at various ports such as Haldia, Visakhapatnam, Kolkata and Nhava Sheva, It also provides an aggregation facility for bulk imports on behalf of smaller consumers, thus providing economies of scale.
We have off-take agreements directly with mine owners for domestic supply to end users. We facilitate last mile delivery by having tie-ups with railway sidings, both private and public as well as multi modal transport operators.
