Dr. Jay K. White

Dr. Jay K. White grew up in Franklin Square, NY, a small town on the south shore of Long Island. He graduated from The State University of New York College at Oswego with a BS in Industrial Arts Education. Dr. White earned a Masters Degree from New York University in Educational Supervision and Administration. His ambition was always to be a dentist, so when the time was right, he pursued the career of his dreams. Dr. White attended Georgetown University Dental School from which he was a Cum Laude graduate. Upon graduation, Dr. White started working in Alexandria, VA with his since retired partner, Dr. Arnold Ostrolenk. Dr. White taught at Georgetown University School of Dentistry until it closed in 1991 and decided to start a solo dental practice in 2004. Dr. White is married to his lovely wife, Sheryl. They reside in Fairfax, VA and have 2 daughters, Nori & Jaclyn. Dr. White is an avid sports fan who roots for The New York J-E-T-S, The Washington Nationals, The New York Knicks and The New York Islanders. In his retirement, Dr. White still loves playing softball and doing handyman projects around the house. Dr. White is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Virginia Dental Association and the Northern Virginia Dental Society.
