KANVED PATENT CONSULTING - Key Persons

Nicolai Kanved has been active in the legislative work in connection with the Unified Patent Court in Europe, where he has been appointed as Danish member in the Litigation Committee within the European Patent Institute. Further to this, he has been appointed as Danish Council member within the European Patent Institute. Nicolai Kanved has a scientific background and has completed the comprehensive education as European Patent Attorney that ensures a high professional level and special obligations with respect to clients. He has supplemented his education with a diploma program from CEIPI that allows him to proceed before the Unified Patent Court. Furthermore, he acts as censor in the Examination Committee in connection with the education as European Patent Attorney.
