Mr Venkatesh Natarajan (VN) is a multifaceted experienced & well-known Industry expert having grown through ranks with 35 years of hands-on IT and Business Transformations domains . An acclaimed technocrat, VN is extremely passionate and hands-on many areas including digital resilience, excellence & innovation in the 'New-Age' Technology domains of Connected Vehicles, Industry 4.0, AI and Analytics and comes with very rich functional and technology expertise on Automotive & all Ancillary Industries
VN is a Mechanical Engineer with a Post-Graduation in Maintenance Engineering. He also holds a master's degree in Engineering Management and a PG in Computer applications . Until recently VN was the President-IT & Chief Digital Officer - of M/ s Ashok Leyland having been with them for nearly 22 years involved in many great milestones of M/S Ashok Leyland.
With a keen eye on details and latest technologies catalysed by his experience of having interacted /facilitated many global Consulting /implementation Companies & initiatives he is passionate about Consulting /sharing his knowledge to Industries & turning them around along with team Jayam SCM Consultants.

Mr Suresh is an advisor to Jayam SCM and brings a combination of practical hands-on experience combined with industry leading talent development expertise to help teams and executives with their learning & development journey.
He has held senior executive roles (including CEO roles) at several Silicon Valley technology startups as well as Fortune 100 companies like Adobe, Silicon Graphics and AMD.
Suresh has deep hands-on experience in running engineering, marketing, product roles and has built global marketing teams from the ground up in 15 countries. Suresh has recruited, mentored and promoted exceptional talent in key functional areas within an organization. Suresh advises early. stage startups and industry consulting groups amongst other activities.
