Jennifer is a 1989 Covington Holmes High School graduate where she earned the International Baccalaureate Diploma. She attended the University of Kentucky, married David, and went on to graduate from the University of South Carolina Upstate in 1993, where she earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in management accounting. Jennifer and David have a daughter and two sons. Jennifer started with Jamie L. Hatfield Wealth Management in 1999 as a data entry clerk and in 2001 came on board as a part-time assistant working around her children's schedules. She was heavily involved in her children's activities as they grew. Basketball games, baseball games, and band competitions occupied most of her free time. She is also an active member of Florence Baptist Church where she is a worship choir member. Now that her time is hers, Jennifer enjoys playing the piano, reading (historical fiction), knitting, and scrapbooking.

Meg came to work for Jamie L. Hatfield Wealth Management in 2013, after more than 20 years in the insurance industry. She is married to Ray, and they have two sons. Meg and her family live on the west side of Cincinnati. When she is not scheduling clients for Jamie, Meg is homeschooling their teenage son. Meg and Ray have two grandchildren whom they enjoy greatly and love spending time with. They are actively involved in their church, Westside Reformed Church, where they enjoy being steeped in the teachings of the Bible.

Ty graduated from Oak Hills High School in 2015 and went on to earn his bachelor's degree in business administration, with a major in finance, from Northern Kentucky University in 2018. He is currently pursuing his Master of Divinity from Liberty University. Ty started with Jamie L. Hatfield Wealth Management as an intern in 2016 and became a full-time employee after he graduated from college. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional as well as a wealth management advisor. Ty enjoys playing golf in his spare time and spending time outdoors. He is an active member of Bible Chapel of Delhi Hills where he is a deacon and teaches Sunday School. He occasionally preaches at local churches in the area. Ty also likes reading about history and theology.
