I combine Functional Manual® Therapy, integrative bodywork, and yoga. These complementary disciplines are effective to heal a current episode of pain, to halt a chronic cycle of joint/tissue degeneration, to balance the body's many systems, and to maintain wellness through preventive self-care... The body produces pain as a signal that something is "out of alignment" from its natural, efficient state. I focus therapy treatments on the underlying issues that cause my clients pain, using a combination of functional manual therapy, visceral and craniosacral manipulation, posture training, and core muscle reeducation.
