Junius*, the predecessor business to JRE Partners, was formed in 2011 as a separately branded operating business within the JP Morgan Private Bank focused on the sourcing, structuring and management of private, mid to large scale, value creation-oriented investments in U.S. commercial and residential real estate. In March 2022, the entire investment team, portfolio management services and certain other business functions and professional personnel of Junius departed J.P. Morgan to join JRE Partners, a newly formed, independently owned entity unaffiliated with JP Morgan. Led by Managing Principal John Fraser, JRE Partners is privately owned and operated and headquartered in New York City... JRE Partners® is a direct real estate investment firm and is the successor operating business to Junius Real Estate Partners ("Junius") which was established within J.P. Morgan in 2011.
