Lulie has more than 30 years of fiscal and grant administration, grant writing and grant reviewing experience including being responsible for managing grants and budgets of more than $30M in awards combined.
She is currently focused on non-profit finances and specializes in working closely with start up non-profits. Lulie also works hand in hand with grant writers to create winning budgets and narratives for grant proposals.

Sergio, a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida, recently joined the Launchpad team bringing in over 35 years of Big-Four public accounting and legal experience.
Sergio recently retired from Ernst & Young as a partner after a 30-year career in public accounting working throughout the United States and Latin American in a variety of industries. Sergio is also an attorney in the State of Florida having practiced corporate law and litigated commercial matters. Sergio will be heading up our financial and corporate governance practice.
