LEADER is a residential and commercial project development company, focused on excavation, hardscaping, utility preparation and more... LEADER Excavation and Development is built on generations of earthmovers and rock hounds, complete with a passion for the outdoors. It began with a simple backyard project in 2017 and has now grown to a dedicated team with a wide fleet of capable equipment... In 2020, LEADER expanded it's work to mid-Vancouver Island, and in 2022 we relocated our company full-time to the Comox Valley, British Columbia.
