LIUCON DEVELOPMENT - Key Persons

Bob Liu was born in Hong Kong, China and has been a resident of the Miami area for over 35 years. He obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering and Master's Degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Miami. In 2005 Bob was the acting VP of a local real estate development company, in which during this time he was able to head the conversion of over 300 condominium units, renovate and develop over 50 median to luxury style single family homes in Broward and Dade County. With his years of experience, Bob understands the construction industry entirely and looks forward to working on many more projects in the future.
