Butch grew up in a roofing family and is a third generation roofer. He lives with his wife Patti, who also works for the company. He enjoys camping and spending time working around his farm.

Matt is a 4th generation roofing installer and has been roofing his entire working career. He is a loving father to two daughters Gabriella and Alyssa and lives with his wife, Elaine and goldendoodle, Ember. He is passionate about hard work and quality. In his spare time, Matt enjoys skiing, mountain biking and being in the outdoors.
