Experience, excellence, compassion. Dr. Jennifer Wood has been practicing optometry for over twenty years. She has extensive experience in multiple settings and is residency and fellowship trained in low vision rehabilitation. She also holds accreditation as a certified low vision therapist (CLVT). Her commitment to both her profession and her community led her to the decision to open a private practice. Dr. Wood finds it both humbling and restorative to assist patients with their sight. Having graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University, Dr. Wood then earned her Doctor of Optometry at the University of Houston, graduating magna cum laude. Following graduation, she completed a residency in Low Vision Rehabilitation. She was awarded a two-year position as a clinical research Fellow at the Western Blind Rehabilitation Center, a division of the Palo Alto VA Health Care System. One of the many studies in which she participated centered on investigating neural plasticity of the visual cortex and its possible implications on eccentric viewing. Dr. Jennifer Wood enjoys working with patients of all ages and needs, with all levels of vision. She specializes in low vision rehabilitation and myopia management. She is licensed in Texas as both a therapeutic optometrist and an optometric glaucoma specialist. In addition to being a member of the American Optometric Association, she is a Fellow in the American Academy of Optometry and is sitting as a candidate for Diplomate. When she isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking with her boys, reading, and lounging with her two dogs.

Jade's is the friendly face and voice that greets you when you first arrive. As well as having the brains to run the office, she's got all the charm to disarm. Jade is a gem, literally and figuratively. She's an Optician in training as well being adept at handling your appointment, from beginning to end. As a practice, we are happy she's the first person that welcomes you through the door and hope her energy is as contagious for you as it is for us.

Judy is an experienced, professional Optician and recent transplant from Florida. While living in Florida, Judy ran her own successful Optical practice. Judy exemplifies everything we strive to live as a practice. From making patients welcome and comfortable, to finding just the right frames and lenses; her knowledge and professionalism is exemplary.
