Concentration on long-term client needs by providing ongoing system maintenance, application and installation support as well as upgrade and migration support providing Linux System Administration and Unix System Administration by McMillan Computing, Inc. The needs of some clients include workstations, thin clients, and servers (both physical and virtual) with storage needs in the terabytes up to the petabytes. Client requests may include development, test, and production environment issues which include troubleshooting and developing sripts for uses in installations, cron jobs, automatic, tuning, and monitoring. In one particular client case, David has and continues to provide long-term Linux, Solaris, Oracle, and storage support for over 12 years. During this time, he has led them through several major hardware and software upgrades.
