John Casey is Operations and Quality Control Manager at McGrath Quantity Surveyors. John has over 28 years' experience in the construction sector and brings a wealth of experience to the role here. John is in charge of handling the process of all the projects that come into the office. He assigns the projects to the team of professionals and ensures that tasks are processed properly to the highest of standard. He overseas the management of the Cubit software and all office processes. He was the ISO Champion who introduced ISO 9001 : 2015 to the company in 2019 and is responsible for its implementation and continued high standard of implementation. John is passionate about customer care and ensures all projects are completed and delivered to the clients on time.

Ronan is Managing Director of McGrath Quantity Surveyors since 2012. During this time he has overseen the growth and development of the practice to the significant size it is today, with a variety of professionals with different experiences that they can bring to the large number of complex and exciting projects that come their way. Ronan is known for his commercial acumen and wide range of construction experience in dealing with clients, contractors, developers & public bodies. Ronan brings considerable knowledge and enthusiasm to every project with an emphasis on cost and project management, so that it ensures the best and most suitable outcome for all clients is achieved and delivers significant value for money for them. He has over 15 years' experience delivering these QS services and through his time in the Irish construction industry, has a proved track record of delivering on behalf of a wide variety of clients.
