MHE Engineers Ltd. (MHE) is a Canadian incorporation and has been providing worldwide engineering consulting services since 1999. The company was established by professor Hesham El Naggar, an internationally acclaimed engineer and a fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineers with expertise in the fields of soil-structure interaction, foundation dynamics, and geotechnical earthquake engineering. He has advanced the state-of-the-art in analysis and design of foundations for dynamic loads and contributed to the development of analysis and design tools used by practicing engineers to design resilient and sustainable foundations for critical infrastructure.
