Russel Morgan is the principal of The Morgan Legal Group, P.C. Prior to forming his own private practice and throughout his legal career, Russel has concentrated in commercial and contract litigation, trust and estate planning, business and personal asset protection, wealth preservation and dynasty succession planning. Russel has also assisted clients with all forms of commercial and personal transnational work, including the preparation, re-structuring and litigation of various types of contracts. There's also legal representation in all areas of: elder law, retirement planning, wills and probate administration, consumer and commercial real estate transactions, Eldercare planning, healthcare proxy, beneficiary in a Will, Medicaid planning trusts, mltc plan, Medicaid planning strategies, help with drafting wills, special needs trusts, revocable and irrevocable trusts. As an Estate planning professional, Russel works with individuals, their families and business owners who own a multitude of assets such as art collections, personal property and significant real estate and business holdings in the United States and overseas. Russel's law practice successfully balances multi-generation dynamics in families with professional business and charitable planning. Russel Morgan raised in Brooklyn, New York remained loyal to his origins as he graduated from the City University of New York Brooklyn College with a Bachelors degree in Political Science. He continued his legal journey and went on to receive his Juris Doctor degree from the New York Law School. After successfully passing the New York State Bar Exam, Russel Morgan continued his passionate pursuit of legal education and received his Certification in Maritime Law and International Contract Law from Lloyd's of London.Russel is fluent in Russian. He actively participates in his community, especially mentorship and guidance programs as well as improvement in the education of children.
