Brock is a licensed commercial Real Estate Broker in Oklahoma and directs MBS's Oklahoma City commercial brokerage presence. As a Texas resident for over twelve years and seasoned real estate professional, I recognize and value the trust clients place in me and I endeavor to deliver above and beyond. Before joining the Moriah team, I spent a couple of years in the Public Accounting world in Dallas, TX where I worked with municipalities all the way to multi-national and multi-billion dollar construction clients. My years of property management experience also gives me a unique perspective into adequately serving all personnel associated with any asset class and transaction. After some time in the accounting world, he subsequently, returned to his Alma Matter to complete a Masters of Arts in Christian Ministry. Jake Wilburn

Jake joined Moriah Brokerage Services in February 2023 and serves as a Sales Associate in the Oklahoma City office. After a 6-year career in the building industry as an Assistant Sales Manager, Jake decided to pursue an opportunity in Commercial Real Estate. During his free time, Jake enjoys spending time with family, playing golf and occasional low stakes Texas Hold'em with friends. From Jake, "If I can help you with any Commercial questions or transactions, please give me a call!" Education: Jake originally started his college education at Abilene Christian University (ACU). After 2 years, Jake transferred to Oklahoma Christian University (OC) and graduated in 2017 with a BBA in Business Management. After an internship with CBRE in Dallas in 2015, Jake knew a career in Commercial Real Estate was on the horizon.

Tommy Reynolds

Tommy spend the last 26 years working in the construction equipment and power systems industry. He began his career as a territory sales rep with Airmaster Equipment (now Yellowhouse Machinery) and ended my career as the VP of Sales and Rental at Warren CAT with responsibility for Construction Industry sales, Energy and Transportation sales, Oil & Gas sales, Heavy Construction Rental and Rental Services Operations, Rental Power Operations, Transportation and Asset Management. Tommy was deeply involved in Warren Cat's expansion and growth including site selection, negotiation, and construction design for new facilities. Real Estate Investment, Development, and Construction have been passions for Tommy for more than 25 years; having "flipped" his young family out of many homes in our early days. Tommy and his wife Holly have remodeled/built numerous homes and still love the process. Tommy bought his first Commercial Property in 2007 and built his first industrial property in 2016. His experience in construction, development and real estate investment enables him to provide clients with a 360-degree approach to supporting their specific needs and goals.

Trey Dennis

In Trey's first 4 years of his career at Moriah Brokerage Services, he has been able to work on significant assignments representing some of the Permian Basin's most recognized names. These groups include CononoPhillips, Occidental Petroleum, Baker Hughes, Warren Cat, Apache, Tenaris, Weatherford, Lufkin Industries, Midland Independent School District, Midland County, Hearst Corporation, The Bynum School and more. Trey has also had experience in helping clients with full scale ground up development from buying land to develop, to disposing of an asset that is producing rental income. Trey moved to Midland in May of 2019 after graduating from Abilene Christian University to start working at Moriah Brokerage Services. Trey and his wife Madison married in August of 2019 and welcomed their first child in July of 2021. Trey enjoys every aspect of working in Commercial Real Estate, helping buyers, sellers, tenants and Landlords in every asset class. He specifically enjoys working with clients who are interested in development, whether it be Industrial or Retail. When not on a site tour during the week, you will find Trey with his beautiful wife and daughter soaking up everything West Texas has to offer during the weekend.
