Susan Marsenic is the founder, and Principal Consultant of My Conflict Clinic. Susan has over 20 years experience as a human resources and employee relations professional, so understands through direct experience the frustrations and challenges conflict presents to organisations and individuals.
Susan believes that everyone can develop their capacity to manage and resolve conflict - everyone can unlock their conflict confidence, they just need to know how. Susan is passionate about training and coaching to build conflict competence and confidence so that clients can engage constructively with the differences from which conflict arises every day. Achieving a healthy conflict culture as employees or members engage in respectful debate and collaboration regarding differences is crucial for a healthy organisational culture.
