With more than 40 years' experience as an architect and owner of several architectural firms, Kolbjørn was responsible for, and led, major projects in urban development, hospitals, churches, office buildings, hotels, sports facilities and housing. For ten years he was also a partner and part owner of Link Architects - one of Scandinavia's biggest architectural firms with expertise in hospital architecture. In recent years he has been busy developing the hospital of the future, today's Norveig.
Kolbjørn is a dedicated, knowledgeable project manager, and new customers soon get to know him through working on situational awareness, mapping and the presentation of offers. With his excellent knowledge of the hospital construction planning process and the development of hospital buildings and concepts, Kolbjørn is an adviser who quickly inspires confidence and creates secure frameworks in any project group.

Marta has more than 25 years' experience as an architect within various parts of the profession. She got her master of science in architecture degree in technical University of Cracow. She has own practice in Norway. Through continuing education at university level, she has acquired a high level of competence in various parts of role as an architect. In recent years, she has specialized in urban agriculture and sustainability, both in individual projects but also within community planning. In addition, she possesses broad and comprehensive expertise in looking at the holistic perspective of each project against effective and feasible sustainability measures not only within the project but in a larger geographical context. She is passionate about creating synergy between different parts of projects and professions.This means that the projects are not only future-oriented hospital projects, which work optimally within energy optimization for both the project itself but which also includes opportunity for the local community. Seeing hospital projects in a local context is also part of thinking about sustainability with the use of short-traveled materials as well as the reuse and recirculation of materials. Marta can easily excite customers and has great reproducibility for her ideas and concepts.

Terje M. Dahl has more than 30 years' experience in various parts of contracting, with the main emphasis on various areas within concrete technology. Terje has a unique expertise in different construction methods with different concrete products, including our sustainable lightweight concrete panel system. Terje also has a good understanding of logistics and effective construction site planning. He has good collaborative skills across various disciplines.
