Emily Guzman is a Dallas native and is currently enrolled at Dallas College working on her bachelors degree. Emily assists the Northfield Team with various operational and administrative tasks for The Drake and The Courts projects. Emily also assists the property manager with maintenance coordination at The Courts project.
Ethan is a talented REALTOR® with a dedication to commitment, dedication, and trust. Having traveled across the country living in Arizona, Oregon, and New Jersey garnering him a wealth of cultural knowledge which he has applied to the melting pot of society here in Dallas for the past 15 years. Capable and performing, his dedication is to guiding first-time home buyers towards a comprehensive and smooth transaction process. Having purchased his own house at the age of 19 helped ignite a passion for helping clients avoid all the headaches and frustrations he once went through. With an eye on current events and a tab on the ever-growing market, he knows more than anyone how important it is to be ahead of the curve especially in Real Estate. With a family of Real Estate agents, he understands just how important negotiations can be when buying or selling a property. He believes that a client not only be confident that he'll meet their needs but that a client is confident in the Real Estate process as a whole.
Liz Guzman is a Dallas native and is the operational director for Northfield Development. Liz joined in 2017 and has over 15 years of experience in accounting services. Liz is currently responsible for providing accounting, administration, corporate directives and additional subsidiaries. Liz is married with four children and amazingly manages to keep a balanced work/home life while raising 2 toddlers.

Neil Blanchard is a Dallas native and a Graduate of Southern Methodist University with degrees in Anthropology and Asian Studies.
Neil started his real estate career in Japan, offering guidance to Japanese investors interested in U.S. real estate. In 1989, he began to work with the Kishimoto Building Group; later transferring to Kishimoto's SNK Realty Group in San Francisco. In 1993, Neil returned to Japan and founded NETCO Japan, a consulting firm that provided real estate services to foreign companies wishing to establish a presence in Japan.
Neil came home to Dallas in 1998, and began personally investing in income properties in DFW, while also assisting investor groups interested in U.S. property
At Northfield Development, Neil is responsible for locating properties and negotiating their purchases, overseeing development, and ultimately selling the properties to Northfield Development's investors, or outside buyers. Neil resides in the Dallas area with his wife and two daughters.
