Mr. Zhou covers the Internet sector. He has 14 years of experience in equity research, prior to joining Optimas, he served as the Head of Hong Kong/China Internet Research at Credit Suisse, leading #1 ranked team in the Institutional Investor for 2014 and 2015. Prior to that, Evan was Internet Analyst at J.P. Morgan and participated the IPOs of 13 China TMT companies including Alibaba, Baidu, JD.com, NetEase, Ctrip, Weibo, VIP and etc. Mr. Zhou holds an MBA degree from Columbia University Business School. Prior to MBA, Evan worked at Oracle for 5 years as a lead project manager.

Mr. Lu is the Chief Operating Officer. He has 16 years of experience in managing trading and operations in an investment manager and investment bank. Prior to COO role, he was the Head of Trading in Optimas Capital. Prior to that, he was co-team-leader of the China-focused sales trading team in Credit Suisse and oversaw major greater China accounts. Before that, he also worked in cash and derivatives sales trading desk at UBS. Mr. Lu graduated with a First-Class Honours Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Edinburgh.

Mr. Cheung is the Head of Business Development. He has 20 years of experience in Greater China equity markets. Until Nov 2017, he headed all HK based Equity sales (HK/China and Regional) at Credit Suisse, and is also responsible for the Equity sales efforts at Credit Suisse Founders (China onshore platform). Prior to Credit Suisse, Ronald was the Head of Hong Kong and China Equity Sales at UBS, responsible for managing a sales team of over 15 people, in Hong Kong and UBS securities (UBS joint venture entity in A shares) in Shanghai. He was also responsible for strategizing and supervising institutional clients coverage for both HK/China and A share markets. Prior to UBS, he spent 2 years with the Mergers and Acquisitions department in the Investment Banking division of Merrill Lynch, New York as a financial analyst. Ronald completed his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Pennsylvania, in the Huntsman International Studies and Business program, double majoring in Business (Finance and Accounting concentrations in the Wharton School of Business) and International Studies. Ronald is a CFA Charter holder.

Mr. Jiang is the Chief Investment Officer of the Private Equity Fund. He has over 20 years of M&A and corporate finance experience. Most recently, he served various senior roles in leading investment banks, including Managing Director/Asia Head of Natural Resources Group for Deutsche Bank, and Managing Director/China Head of M&A for Goldman Sachs. Prior to that, Mr. Jiang held a number of senior management positions in the energy industry, including Senior M&A Director, Assistant CFO and Joint Company Secretary for CNOOC Ltd. Mr. Jiang holds an MBA degree from Kelly School of Business, Indiana University, Master degree in Energy Management and Economics from Mattei School in Milan, Italy, and Bachelor degree in Law from China University of Political Science and Law.
