Gretchen Miller

Gretchen Miller began her education career as a substitute teacher in the public-school systems. She began working for Bieber Corporation in 2003 as a PreK teacher in Toledo and transferring to the Sylvania in 2006. Furthering her knowledge in Early Childhood Education, she took courses at Owens Community College and received stellar marks on the Praxis Assessment in 2007. At Over the Rainbow, she worked as the Head ELI (Early Learning Initiative) teacher for 2 years. When the ELI program was eliminated, Gretchen began working in many capacities as a Preschool Lead teacher, Mentor teacher and a Toddler teacher adding versatility to the Company. In 2015, Over the Rainbow added a new location in Springfield Township changing Ms. Miller's role to Administrator. With her new role and childcare experiences, she maintains SUTQ, compliance with licensing regulations, and shares her skills for continuous Company growth. Regarding education, Gretchen holds a Bachelor of Science: Art Education from Bowling Green State University and coursework concentration in Early Childhood Education from Owens Community College. Gretchen lives in Perrysburg Ohio with her husband and two daughters who also attended Over the Rainbow. She enjoys watching her daughters play sports, volleyball, in particular, and helping her husband with his deck and shed building company.

Kelsey Sporleder

Kelsey began her journey with Over the Rainbow in 2016. While newer to the company, she was eager to learn and adapted quickly. Kelsey started in the toddler room and soon became a lead teacher. After a few years of hard work and dedication, a promotion lead to being mentor teacher; helping train new staff, and fellow coworkers in the classroom. In 2020, she began her new role as Assistant Administrator. Bringing a fresh outlook and energy to the administrative office, she is constantly expanding her knowledge of early childhood and the Company. Although working with the area youth is nothing new, she has been twirling baton since she was five and has been teaching the sport since she was in college. She currently coaches solo lessons during the week and the Northview High School Majorette Line in the fall. Her experience teaching young twirlers grow and learn helped prepare her for a career early childhood education. With ongoing professional development trainings and workshops, Kelsey continues to expand her knowledge within the Company and in the field of early childhood. Regarding education, Kelsey has an Associates of Science: Science from Bowling Green State University. Kelsey lives in Sylvania and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling when she can, coaching baton, and a good Netflix binge!

Michelle Bieber

Michelle Bieber began working for Bieber Corporation in 1998 as the Assistant Administrator bringing early childhood and quality assurance experience from previous employment. In 2002, Over the Rainbow was purchased by Bieber Corporation and Michelle moved into the Administrator role. During her tenure as Administrator, she implemented new educational programs, applied and successfully became star rated (SUTQ) and brought structure. In 2013, Michelle Bieber became the owner of Over the Rainbow Early Learning Center. Being passionate about children and how childcare can have positive outcomes on a child's success a 2nd location was purchased in 2015 in Springfield Township. Over the Rainbow is recognized through the community being a recipient of Potting Pretty- People Choice Award through the Chamber of Commerce, the Small Business Champion through the Sylvania Chamber of Commerce, voted number one by Toledo Parent Magazine for Family favorite Childcare Center and Runner-up Preschool program. In addition to leadership in the field, Michelle Bieber has been a member of Sylvania Chamber of Commerce since 2009, serving as a Board Member since 2013 and served as President in 2018. The importance of childcare resonates by being involved with Ohio Association of Childcare Providers (OACCP) since 2004 and serving on the Board from 2013-2019, 2021- currently and Ohio Childcare Advisory Council 2014-2019. Regarding education, Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts: Psychology/Communication from University of Toledo with an amplitude of coursework concentration in Education. Being a family-owned business, her husband is incredibly involved and an owner. She has a son who attended Over the Rainbow and is employed by the Company while attending the University of Cincinnati's Education program.

Tanya Lederman

Tanya Lederman has been employed with Over the Rainbow since 2004. She started her career as substitute teacher in the public-school systems. Looking to make a difference in a small environment with a younger age group, Tanya came to Over the Rainbow as a preschool teacher taking her skills from the classroom to Assistant Administrator in 2006. During her time as Assistant Administrator, she maintained SUTQ and compliance with licensing regulations, provided guidance in the classrooms and trained all new staff members. Being quite successful, Tanya moved into an Administrator role in 2015 and continues to make a difference in children's lives. Regarding education, Tanya holds a Bachelor of Science: Education and Human Development from Bowling Green State University with a concentration in special education. Tanya enjoys spending family time with her husband and son who also attended Over the Rainbow. She enjoys this time playing golf, traveling and cultivating her gardens.
