Alize Biannic

After starting at the Paris Opera, she knew she had found her passion and way of expression. She performed in over 50 productions, notably fourteen world-premieres including: "La Bayadère", "Casse Noisette" and "Le Sacre du Printemps" by Uwe Scholz. Alizé earned her Bachelor of Performing Arts at the Royal Ballet School (Covent Garden) and got her Master from the Meisner Training (London Meisner School). Initially trained as a dancer, she fused her choreography skills with acting, bringing about a perfect marriage of her two passions. Wanting to explore new horizons and cultures brought her to Nepal in 2013 where she has created and directed dance theatre shows, cabaret and musicals since 2014.

Amrit Dahal

Amrit Dahal is a theatre actor and a model from Kathmandu, Nepal. He started theatre with the 2014 OWT play In the Red and Brown Water directed by Deborah Merola. Since then he has become one of the most regularly appearing actors in different successful OWT productions like The Diary of Anne Frank, In the Sand and the Snow, Nepali aama etc. His most outstanding performance arguably was in Golden Boy, where he played a young violinist turned brutal boxer, with a tough yet ethereal girlfriend Lorna Moon portrayed by Namrataa Shrestha. In total, he has acted and worked in over 15 dramas, some produced by One World Theatre and some by other theatre companies in Nepal. He can also be seen in various television commercials, short movies, music videos and brands shoots. Amrit Dahal has also participated and performed in various national and international theatre festivals in Nepal and India. Besides acting, he also ensures the financial management of OWT productions and some of the online presence of OWT.

Rose Schwietz

Rose Schwietz is a director/musician/performer/teacher born and raised in Minnesota. She lived primarily in Kathmandu from 2014-2018, teaching theatre and English literature to Nepali high school students, and directing and performing with One World Theatre. She has directed Brief Candle and Three Sisters.

Vijaya Karki

Vijaya is a theatre practitioner from Nepal. During her journey in theatre, Vijaya has been exploring several aspects of theatre like performance, operating lights and sound, stage management as well as directing. Vijaya worked as Stage Manager and Actor in several of Nepal's musical theatre productions: Bodhi Chhaayaa, Kumari and the Beast, Hip-Hop Coppelia and The Flight. She also served as Assistant Director in some remarkable theatre productions. Adding to her expanding theatre experience, Vijaya tried her hand at play directing from the retelling of Ramayana - kleśāḥ. As a person who consistently believes in living beyond comfort, Vijaya got the opportunity to participate in several International Theatre Festivals including Asia's largest theatre festival, Bharat Rang Mahotsav by the National School of Drama. This involved over half a dozen theatre productions, including The Diary of Anne Frank, Me and The Others, A Marriage Proposal and Mahabhoj.
