Paula identifies "trending topics" in today's business climate and recently she has worked with businesses across the region delivery training on Crucial Conversations, Reconnecting with your Team after Working Remotely, Supervisor's Survival Guide: Preventing Employee Lawsuits, and Wellness in the Workplace-How to increase employee engagement.
Among her many accomplishments, Paula is a certified facilitator of the Empowered Women Community, a certified trainer, with The John Maxwell Team, a Results Coach trained by Robbins Research International, Developmental Dimensions International and she is a certified Professional in Human Resources. A graduate of North Dakota State University, Paula also has a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Mary.
