Ashley Kinnett

Ashley is an experienced legal assistant and has helped many clients accomplish their goals on the legal process. She is adept and proficient in interacting with the court system as well as attorneys and staff. Ashley was born and raised in Dearborn County and is passionate about helping the people in her community. Ashley and her husband Derek enjoy spending time working on their family farm and have a beautiful daughter. Ashley has a passion for music and has been involved with the concert industry for many years.

Cheyenne Nicole Younger

Cheyenne Younger decided she was going to be a lawyer when she was a young girl and started on her path to making that dream a reality at an early age. She graduated from Bellarmine University in just 2 and a half years with Cum Laude honors, and went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law. Cheyenne was admitted to the Ohio Bar in October 2021 and the Indiana bar in November 2021. Cheyenne started her legal career working in criminal defense. She immediately found her passion for fighting for those who have been accused of a crime and working to defend their reputations, their futures, and their families. Cheyenne began practicing at her own law firm right out of law school and in 2021 she joined Pillar Law Group as a criminal defense lawyer and litigator. Cheyenne is an attorney for the City of Lawrenceburg, Lawrenceburg Community Schools, and the Town of Patriot. She also represents 360 American Title Company. As a criminal defense attorney, Cheyenne takes pride in giving every client and every case individualized attention and using her experience to help clients navigate their way through tough times. She has represented clients at jury trials, bench trials, hearings, and plea negotiations. Cheyenne has built a reputation as a tough and talented attorney who has the skill and the experience to fight for her clients. Cheyenne spends many hours outside of normal work hours training and improving her skills. At home, Cheyenne is engaged and enjoys spending time with her fiancé. They love to walk their dog and spend time with family and friends. Cheyenne is a lifelong Dearborn County and Lawrenceburg resident, and enjoys giving back to the community and staying involved. Del Weldon

Del Weldon is a partner at the firm and focuses his practice on trial work and litigation. He is experienced in many areas of Litigation, including criminal defense with an emphasis on OWI/DUI defense, personal injury, family law and CHINS defense. He is an experienced trial attorney, winning verdicts at jury trials and bench trials. He is also a skilled negotiator, securing plea agreements and forcing dismissals in criminal matters and obtaining settlements in civil matters.

Delmar D. Weldon

Delmar Weldon is a rising star in the Indiana legal community, named as one of the Top 40 Under 40 Attorneys in Indiana and Top 40 Under 40 Criminal Defense Lawyers Indiana. He is also an adjunct professor at Salmon P. Chase College of Law and Ivy Tech Community College's Criminal Justice and Paralegal Studies programs. Mr. Weldon is focused on criminal defense, family law, property law and personal injury representation.

Douglas A. Garner

Douglas Garner has more than 25 years of experience working on Social Security cases. After helping more than a thousand people successfully get Social Security benefits, he is known and respected among judges and other officials in the Social Security Administration. Mr. Garner has experience in all stages of the Social Security application process, from assisting with the initial application to representing applicants to handling appeals at all levels for those who whose initial claims have been denied.

Michelle Schmitt

Michelle joined the team in 2008 as the Disability Claims Advocate, assisting individuals in obtaining Social Security Disability benefits. Prior to joining Mr. Garner's team, an extensive portion of her working career has been as a Social Worker and Life Coach, serving individuals with various disabilities. Michelle has lived in the Tri-State most of her life and after she and her husband raised their 5 children they now enjoy traveling, camping and hiking together. Michelle is also an enthusiastic cook and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Natalie Mollaun

Natalie Mollaun is an experienced paralegal who joined our firm in 2023. She enjoys helping our clients to receive the best experience possible and assisting them in achieving their legal goals. Prior to joining our team, Natalie Mollaun worked as a paralegal in Cincinnati, Ohio. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Zach and their dog, Hoosier. They enjoy sporting events, spending time with their families, and traveling.

Shelby Anne Armstrong

Shelby Anne Armstrong started her legal career at a local firm doing estate law, small business law, and family law. Her passion is helping local families with whatever obstacles they may face. Shelby recently joined Pillar Law Group in November of 2023 and plans to practice in family law, estate planning and administration, and small business law.
