Michael Tobin served as lead technical advisor for the Division of Institutional Advancement at a Florida university since 2008, specializing in web development, information security, and data management. He has expertise in PHP, Python, JavaScript, ASP.NET, VBScript, HTML/CSS, Node.JS, JSON, and SQL. He earned degrees in History and Management Information Systems from Florida Atlantic University. Mike impacted the Division of Institutional Advancement with projects such as migrating from on-site hardware to cloud infrastructure and developing web applications to meet the needs of the university. Even after Mike's departure, many web applications (he developed) are still in use, including a micro-campaign fundraising platform, a fund expenditure and balance online financial ledger search, and a donor biographic profile creator with PDF export.
