Dr Laurence Ball provides expert witness services, consulting and training to companies and government departments wishing to understand cutting-edge concepts in risk decision-making. He has extensive knowledge of risk management and its application to public life, sports and leisure.
He holds a PhD in Risk Management from King's College London, an Msc in the same subject from Middlesex University, and a BA from Warwick University.
He has presented at international risk management conferences and published a number of academic papers on public safety and risk management, risk assessment, OSH, risks and benefits of leisure, and proportionate risk management.
Kieran Ball is a qualified accountant and award-winning social entrepreneur with an MSc in Risk Management from Middlesex University.
He specialises in financial risk management, and has published research on the Implications of lender values for risk management in the microfinance industry in the International Journal of Economics and Finance.
