RCDDS is dedicated to providing effective, efficient and respectful advocacy delivered with integrity and accountability to people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities... Randolph County Developmental Disability Services (RCDDS) provides and/or funds services and supports to ensure that people who have developmental disabilities have the same opportunities as people without disabilities to live a full and rewarding life... RCDDS also allocates financial resources to Randolph County entities who support individuals with developmental disabilities, as well as provides funding for specific needs of individuals. Financial resources are made possible through a Randolph County tax levy called Senate Bill 40, which was passed by Randolph County voters in November 2010. Since 2010, RCDDS has worked to continuously improve how we make supports accessible to people with developmental disabilities in our county, where there was once little to no local resources.
