The predominant olive variety we use is the Caninese one, which gives our oil exceptional organoleptic qualities: low acidity, good polyphenol content, fruity aroma, long shelf life... For more than 30 years we have produced only organic products based on our own 100% organic olives and vegetables... We ship our oil from our farm in Italy assuring a great quality and a fair price for an organic product.
