Before opening Shaner Brokerage Corporation, Bryan spent over 10 years as a Marketing Senior Executive helping companies develop their brands and launch successful campaigns. He discovered that cultivating solid personal relationships and helping his clients understand the brand building process led to phenomenal results. He quickly learned that when you invest in people, you can create a fun, respectful environment that everyone enjoys. In 2006, Bryan took a leap of faith and opened SBC. He takes great pride in leading a team who provides their clients with the highly individualized service needed to succeed in the world of real estate.

Jordan Dyer is an intern at SBC. He is thrilled to enhance his knowledge of the mortgage industry and gain real-world experience at our firm while completing his licenses. Jordan looks forward to the next step in his career. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate from California State Polytechnic University. When he's away from the office, Jordan can be seen playing sports, rock climbing, and supporting Manchester United.

Michael Shaner has been at SBC for the past two years, serving our clients as a loan officer (NMLS# 1948028 DRE# 02133188). He also manages 15 rental units in Los Angeles, Anaheim, and Fullerton with his wife through their property management company, ML3 Properties LLC. Previously, he was a 5-year loan officer at Grand Mortgage in his hometown of Chicago. Outside of work, Michael enjoys making memories with his wife Lesley, and two children Lucas and Leila. Every now and then, he spends time off the grid, fishing, glamping or camping.

Steve Hill is a dedicated mortgage professional with over 20 years of experience working with reputed lending companies including First Mortgage Corporation, Lehman Brothers Small Business Division, and First Franklin/Merrill Lynch. Throughout his career, Steve has been recognized as a top producer and is the recipient of the National City Individual Excel Award for Risk Management. Steve has an earnest passion for the mortgage industry and for assisting first-time buyers. He is known for going above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience for his clients. Clients come back to Steve for his patience, kindness, respect, and unwavering commitment to finding the best loan for their unique needs. Steve is proud to have built a loyal referral driven client base and has returning customers some of whom he has worked with for 15 years. Steve holds a bachelor's degree in astrophysics and applied mathematics from the University of California, Los Angeles. When he's not providing his clients with exceptional service, he can be found mountain biking, lifting weights, watching movies, and going on walks with his girlfriend and dog, Cooper.
