Under her leadership, Sitka has grown into a thriving independent agency known for its innovation, attention to detail, and commitment to client experience. Linzy leads a team that shows up with heart-and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo.
Outside the office, Linzy is a mother who enjoys skiing, hiking, golfing, traveling, and playing beach volleyball whenever she gets the chance.

Lori is a seasoned insurance professional with over 30 years of experience across agency operations, sales, risk management, and claims. Known for her passion for delivering exceptional client service, she has a proven track record of driving agency growth and improving internal workflows.
She began her career in the late 1980s at a startup agency on Long Island and became a licensed producer in 1992 after relocating to Syracuse. Throughout her career, Lori has held a wide range of roles that have deepened her expertise in both personal and commercial insurance. She is especially experienced in construction risk management and holds the CRIS (Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist) designation.
Lori has been actively involved with the Independent Insurance Agents of Central New York ("Big I"), where she was recognized as a top producer and contributed to the industry by teaching continuing education and licensing courses. Her leadership, technical knowledge, and dedication to client success make her an invaluable part of our team.

Hello! My name is Nicholas Filippi, I grew up right here in Central New York and I attended Solvay High School. After graduating, I attended Onondaga Community College and played on the Men's Basketball team while studying business management, and professional communications. From OCC, I transferred to Cazenovia College where I received my Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management. While at Cazenovia I was able to finish my collegiate career as the starting point guard my final three seasons. My love for assisting others, and meeting new people has landed me in the insurance industry. When I'm out of the office, you can find me playing golf, or on a basketball court.

I currently live in Skaneateles with my husband Kyle and our two daughters Olivia (4) and Natalie (1). When I am not in the office I enjoy spending time with my family, love to bake and travel to new places.
I am an Administrative Assistant at Sitka Insurance Agency, where I support daily operations and help ensure a smooth experience for both clients and staff.
Outside of the office, i enjoy hiking, meeting new people, and exploring new experiences. A proud mom of two daughters, and I am also working toward building a self-sustaining homestead.
