I was born and raised in the CNY area and graduated from Tully High School. I have prior insurance experience but was an Account Manager for the past 4 years & am now excited to get back into the industry. I'm a proud Uncle to 3 beautiful nieces (and a soon to be nephew) and I spoil them every chance I can. I still currently reside in CNY with my 2 cats, CC (Connors Cat) and Chester. When I'm not at the office you can find me playing golf, basketball or watching any sport & spending time with my family.

Hi there, My name is Kath, and I currently reside in the Philippines with Gray, my son, and my partner Ronel. We have four dogs running around the house like crazy and eat a ton of goodies. (Scotti, Cali, Shotti, and Chewy). Like other couples, we can't wait to purchase a home and start a small family. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, walking my dogs, and cooking for our small business. I have nearly ten years of experience as a customer service representative. I started out in the restaurant industry as a cook. My manager later instructed me to tend to the needs and concerns of a customer after I observed one of our front desk staff members assisting another customer. I started my career as a customer service representative there, got promoted to branch manager, and every time I assist them in resolving their issues, I feel like I'm doing my job and having fun. After working for a while as a customer representative for a BPO company, I tried my hand at becoming a virtual assistant. Thankfully, I'm here and you're reading my little bio. Hello! I am Jessabel Santelices, a customer service representative from Philippines. My heart to serve people started when I was in high school as I volunteered to teach in a small group in our community and joined different voluntary activities of different scholarship programs that supported my studies. This passion grew like a fire when I graduated at Philippine Normal University in 2019 and had my three-year teaching experience as a licensed high school Math teacher in a Chinese school from 2019-2022. Previously a customer service specialist in ANZ, my earnest desire for a schedule that balances my work and gospel mission has brought me to the insurance industry. Realizing that I have been receiving unending grace and love from God, there is always a place in my heart to give back and to serve. This is our common denominator of my husband (Ronald). In our spare time, we devote ourselves in doing gospel work.

Hi! My name is Lindsay Pawlewicz, born and raised in the Central New York area. I graduated from Tully High School in 2008 and was recruited to play Collegiate Volleyball at SUNY Oneonta. I earned my Bachelors in Communication Studies from Oneonta and shortly after moved to D.C. where I managed a restaurant near the White House and bartended at one of the cities nightclubs. From D.C., I moved down to Cocoa Beach, FL with my brother and sister in law (Linzy!). After a few fun years of bartending in the Sunshine State, I decided that I was ready to head back to NY to be with my family. I met my husband in 2018 at our previous job and we married in 2020. Recently, We welcomed our first child, Isabella, in October 2021.
I've always been a social butterfly and have always loved helping people so naturally, I landed in insurance! I am new to the industry after being in Fintech lending for years before. When I'm not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my family & friends, working out, wineries and breweries & love my Samoyed, Charlie.

Hello! My name is Nicholas Filippi, I grew up right here in Central New York and I attended Solvay High School. After graduating, I attended Onondaga Community College and played on the Men's Basketball team while studying business management, and professional communications. From OCC, I transferred to Cazenovia College where I received my Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management. While at Cazenovia I was able to finish my collegiate career as the starting point guard my final three seasons. My love for assisting others, and meeting new people has landed me in the insurance industry. When I'm out of the office, you can find me playing golf, or on a basketball court.
Hi! I mostly grew up just outside of Albany, NY. Sports and music have always been a big part of my life, especially basketball. I played for two years at Hudson Valley Community College where I earned my associate's degree in business administration. I am no stranger to the CNY area, as I was then recruited to play basketball at Keuka College in the Finger Lakes where I received a bachelor's degree in marketing. It was there that I met my wife, and we settled in Auburn, NY after graduating. I started my career in Advertising sales, but always wanted to find a career where I can help people on a more personal level.
