Bill Beattie is an experienced business leader with demonstrated success in strategic performance improvement, and new business development. He is a problem solver who is committed to helping individuals and organizations define and achieve their goals. He is fluent in both English and French.
Bill has been coaching with LMI since 2006. He has helped over 150 people, mostly in the Kingston, to achieve business and personal goals they thought were out of reach. He brings excellent questioning, listening and analytical skills to each challenge. Bill believes in leading change in the context of a strategic plan and well-defined goals. He is effective at helping to ensure that the human resources of any enterprise are directed to those elements that will ensure success. Tanya Chapman is an experienced, purpose-driven business leader. She has focused her career in human resource management and has a background in developing human resource strategy and programming, along with leading organizational effectiveness and change
projects. She has experience in re-organizations, acquisitions, outsourcing, supply chain projects, and technology implementation.
Tanya was a university administrator before joining the oil and gas industry where she held positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently she served as an executive team member with responsibility for human resources and public affairs.
In addition to being a member of the LMI Canada team, Tanya is the owner and principal of T Chapman Consulting and Associates, a human resource management consulting company specializing in developing human resource strategy and strategic planning, building
human resource programs along with facilitating change. She is also a lecturer at the University of New Brunswick, Saint John Campus.
As part of Tanya's commitment to community service, she is a member of the Board of Governors for St. Thomas University and Chair of the Greater Saint John United Way Board of Directors.

Terry Fearon founded his LMI Canada business and has served as President since its' incorporation in 1999. Terry is based in Fredericton and operates throughout Atlantic Canada.
To his consultative and executive coaching roles, Terry brings over twenty-five years of personal, organizational and leadership development. He has enjoyed senior management roles in Canada and the U.S. with Canadian Pacific Ltd., Chrysler Corp. and
CSX International. During that time he has received numerous business and leadership awards including Chrysler's Director's Award 1996 (Recognition of Excellence) and LMI's 2002 Motivator of the Year for Canada.
