Alan is responsible for corporate strategic planning, and is actively involved in the sourcing, due diligence, structuring, and capitalization of each investment offering sponsored by Stream. In addition to being a co-founder and Partner of Stream Property Partners, he is also the Managing Partner of Impact Commercial Group Inc., a boutique commercial mortgage brokerage located in North Vancouver. Prior to founding Impact Commercial, Alan was a senior executive at a Top 5 Credit Union in BC leading their commercial line of business. Alan is a Governor of the North Vancouver Chamber of Commerce and former Board member of the Capilano University Foundation. Alan resides in North Vancouver with his wife and three children.
Darcy is responsible for the operations and financial management of the company, and is actively involved in the sourcing, due diligence, structuring and capitalization of each investment offering sponsored by Stream. Prior to establishing Stream, Darcy served as Vice President at Churchill International Property Corporation from 2016 to 2020 where he was involved in all aspects of asset management and leasing for a $500 Million portfolio of commercial real estate on behalf of 3,100+ investors. During his tenure at Churchill, Darcy was directly involved with the acquisition, financing and disposition of assets totaling $115 Million in aggregate value. Prior to joining Churchill, he spent five years at a Vancouver-based investment firm which managed a $460 Million portfolio of multifamily properties in Canada and the United States on behalf of 4,300+ investors. Darcy graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Applied Geography ('96) and has completed the Canadian Securities Course. Darcy resides in the North Okanagan with his wife and four children.
Hans responsibilities include directing all aspects of the development, construction, and asset management activities at Stream. Prior to co-founding Stream Property Partners Inc., Hans ran Metamorphic Properties Inc. for five years where he developed Mill Lake Flats in Abbotsford, BC. Prior to that he was a Vice President at Intracorp Projects Ltd. During his time there, he was involved in the development of The Versatile, Orizon on Third, Black and Whites, Metroplace Silver, MC2, and Highland Park Projects. Prior to Intracorp, he was with Polygon Homes as a Senior Manager and was involved in the Roycroft, Thomas House, Nakoma Clube, Laureates Walk, Tamarack, Cambridge I and II, Mayfair Place, Anderson Walk, Kinfield, Hartwell, Farrington Park, Ledgeview and Kensal Walk developments. Hans holds and undergrad in Economics and an MBA with a specialization in Finance. Hans resides in North Vancouver, with his wife and three children.
