Prior to that, he ran Citigroup's Global Investor Structuring business and Commodity Investors Sales in London for the EMEA region. In this capacity, he led teams that were responsible for the creation, marketing, and sales of commodity linked investor products for clients from sovereign wealth funds, asset managers, hedge funds to ultra-high net worth and retail investors. Ravi brings this discipline in understanding and analyzing fundamentals to the real estate investment space. In addition, with his experience in building businesses within large organizations, he understands the importance of execution in vetting sponsorship teams and their business plans: strategy is nothing without execution. He completed his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Industrial Engineering with a focus on operations research from Texas A&M University in College Station and subsequently completed an MBA at Columbia University in New York. Ravi resides in Bellaire, TX with his wife, son, and daughter.
