Diana Eunice

Diana Eunice Kawenda specialises in International Trade and Development. She is an alumni of the University of Antwerp (Belgium) and North West University (Potchefstroom, South Africa) where she attained an LLM in Import and Export Law. Her focus is on international commercial arbitration, Customs and Excise law, International banking law, and international Contract law. Diana has been active in the drafting of the Agenda 2030 youth declaration on behalf of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development. She was one of the mentees of the International Chamber of Commerce young arbitrators for year 2015-16. Her publications include "Legal Integration as a means to regional economic integration": A Southern African Perspective", Indonesian Journal of International Law Volume 13 No 2 (2016) and "Legal Reception and Regional Economic Integration in Southern Africa", Anchor Academic Publishing, SW 9783960676584 (2017).

Mr. Nyasha Munetsi

Nyasha Munetsi is a civil attorney whose area of interests includes finance and banking. He holds a Master's in Finance and Banking from Boston University, Massachusetts, USA where he specialized in cross-border project finance, tax aspects of international trade, finance and investment in emerging market economies. He had stints with an international financial institution and an international law firm in Boston, Massachusetts, USA focused on financial services and private funds.

Mr. Tendai Biti

Mr. Tendai Biti the Senior Partner, spent eighteen (18) years at Zimbabwe's oldest law firm Honey & Blanckenberg. During his time, he established a solid reputation as a hardworking passionate and exceptional lawyer specializing in the areas of constitutional and employment law. He has represented many corporates including Standard Chartered Bank, Stanbic Bank, the Meikles Group and many others. He has appeared in any landmark cases in the country. The Law Reports are littered with the many commercial and labour disputes that he has been involved with over the years. Between 2009 and 2013, Mr Biti joined Government as Minister of Finance where again he distinguished himself in a very difficult environment.He occasionally lectures at Harvard University and Cornell University as a visiting lecturer.

Vimbai N Tavaziva

Vimbai Natalie Tavaziva is a Legal Practitioner, Notary Public and Conveyancer who attained her degree from the University of Zimbabwe. She is an avid researcher and loves corporate, constitutional and public interest litigation. She holds a certificate in International and African Legal Framework on Freedom of Expression, Access to Information and the Safety of Journalists, which was developed by the Centre for Human Rights, University of Pretoria with the support of UNESCO. She worked as a Legal Compliance Officer/ Credit Controller for Truworths Group of Companies. Her passion lies in public international law and has carried out part time research for Zimbabwe Lawyers for Human Rights and Research and Advocacy Unit in this field.
