Influx! is a game that helps teach you how to most effectively respond should you be faced with a mass casualty situation. Developed using the insight of a multidisciplinary team of experts, Influx! has been designed to teach vital principles of intrahospital mass casualty disaster management. It will review how to triage patients, create surge capacity, manage extrinsic factors, and how to help your staff with the inevitable mental and physical fatigue. Players will be presented with a number of patients to triage and treat, as well as multiple non-patient care scenarios that must be carefully managed. This 4-player game will allow you to become familiar with the most important aspects of mass casualty management and will emphasize the importance of team collaboration, which is essential to succeed in the game and to survive in any mass casualty event.
