What started as a tiny kitchen in her garage eventually became a phenomenal workspace where she now conducts baking workshops. Today, the Crème Company is located in a much bigger space, supplying desserts to over a dozen fine dining restaurants in Mumbai, B2B distributors/ retailers and extremely well-curated gifting hampers. Minali's dream still continues to grow and she aims to reach new places every day... Based in Mumbai, The Crème Company was founded in April 2018 by Chef Minali Zaveri with the sheer need to cover the unseen and pre-existing market gap in pastry in India.
