Urban Alliance is building a diverse next-generation workforce by providing job skills training, mentoring, and paid internships to high school youth... Urban Alliance offers multiple programs for high school students living in Baltimore, Washington, D.C., Chicago and Detroit... We are building a diverse next-generation workforce. Since 1996, Urban Alliance has reached over 30, 000 young adults, ages 16-24. Of that number 6000 young people have been served through our flagship High School Internship Program across the greater Washington, DC area (including Montgomery County, Prince George's County, and Northern Virginia), Baltimore, Chicago, and Detroit.
