The Union of IT and ITES Employees (UNITE) is a pioneer and active union working for and amongst the IT and ITES employees working in Tamilnadu... Indian IT/ITES industry were predominantly oriented towards western market,we want central and state government to improve domestic market for IT/ITES sector... We create awareness on rights of an employee given in labour laws under Constitution of India. Sessions on labour laws are conducted and continuous campaigns on social media are done to educate employees in IT and ITES. We also gives legal support to employees when there is an illegal layoff or retrenchment in Industry.
